Meet Lindsay
Founder • Yoga Teacher • Animal Ally
Hi, I’m Lindsay Riley—yoga teacher, wellness entrepreneur, and the founder of Breathe 2 Flow. My mission is to create space for movement, mindfulness, and community through yoga, wellness events, and intentional living. I offer yoga in unique spaces throughout Connecticut that sometimes include animal friends!
With years of experience leading yoga classes and unique wellness experiences, I’ve helped hundreds of students reconnect with their breath, body, and inner peace. From intimate studio sessions to pig yoga events featured on CT Buzz, Fox 61, and WWLP, I love making wellness accessible and fun for everyone.
Beyond yoga, I have a deep love for animals—especially my four rabbits. I’m passionate about supporting EveryBunny Counts, a rabbit rescue organization, through fundraiser yoga classes that help bunnies in need. We also offer classes with pigs, alpacas, dogs, and kittens.
Whether you’re flowing on the mat, manifesting your dreams, or joining me in giving back, I’m here to support your journey toward balance and fulfillment.

Yoga Teacher
Hi! I’m Daisy, teacher at Breathe 2 Flow. With ten years of experience as a yogi, I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. My teaching style focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive, and fun environment where students can feel safe and encouraged to grow in their practice. I specialize in Power Yoga, combining dynamic flow sequences with strength-building poses that are accessible for all levels. I’m excited to guide you on your journey, whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your practice!
